Don’t even ask what a nosebleed makes me say

I notice that when something is wrong with my car, I assume it’s minor. It won’t slow down at all? Eh, probably just needs brake fluid. But when something is wrong with my body, I assume it’s major. What is that? A hangnail? OH GOD I THINK I HAVE SKIN CANCER!
